H2O Hair Salon and Spa appreciates a 36 hour notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 36 hours will require a 50% deposit prior to rescheduling. All appointments will require a credit card on file at time of reservation.

Returned Checks
A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

We require 36 Hour cancellation for all services. If not cancelled before 36 hours, deposits are nonrefundable.

If you’re new to our salon company please Add-on a Complimentary 15 minutes consultation to your service.

A 50% deposit is required for extensive color services, chemical treatments like Balayage, Brazilian, Keratin Blowouts, Fantasy nails & Spa packages.
We recommend your credit card be on file to speedy check-outs with touch-less payments.

H2O does not miss a beat and they're always hospitable the moment you walk in. They ask all clients, "Would you like something to drink?" and it's that small question that differentiate them from the rest. Also, everyone is just super friendly, good vibes all around.

I get my hair done with Hope and every single time I leave the salon I feel my very best! A professional hair stylist to the core, Hope has done my hair for the last 4ish years and is always on top of it. I believe that the quality of the haircut and treatments on top match the cost especially for the expertise and white-glove service I receive. Truly an incredible place with incredible stylists.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! My stylist was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. He took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me the most beautiful layers. My hair turned out so much better than I could have ever anticipated. I absolutely love it!

I have had appointments with two stylists here: Ruth and Brittany Angela. I had numerous short haircuts with Ruth and she is great at communicating with me and giving me the hairstyle I want.

Today I decided to try more of a low taper fade, and Ruth suggested I try Brittany Angela today. I had a great experience, and Ang did an excellent job showing pictures when she felt like we were talking past each other, and the haircut she gave me is very detail-oriented and well-executed. I opted for a beard trim as well, and she used a massager on my face while it was under a hot towel, and it was terrific (not something I had ever tried before).

Ruth and Ang are awesome and I look forward to my next cut!

This was my first time visiting the salon. I’m so blessed to been taken care of by Sonia. I’ve gone through YEARS of damaged hair because (also my fault) I always want to try something new without giving my hair the proper post care. Not only did she explain what procedures would best work for me but also recommended how I needed to start the healing process. Mind you this was all during my gray coverage appointment. I left with a beautiful blowout and thrilled by the excellent care and attention. Have no doubts this won’t be my first and last visit. Make sure to book with her!

I was specifically looking for an LGBTQIA+ salon in Durham and H2O popped up right away. My first haircut was a transformational cut and I felt so supported throughout (I cried a bit during..) my next cut (with a different stylist) was also a great experience and great cut! I highly recommend!!
